Requirements

Minimum of 3 years of clean driving record.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Ability to lift and move heavy items as needed
Have your basic hand tools, (associated with the job)
At least 3 years of experience as an automotive glass technician
Willing to submit and pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen

Responsibilities

Performing work specified on the repair order with efficiency and following dealership policies
Remove and install windshield and repair chips
Diagnosing: water/wind leaks and repairing
Communicating directly with the Service Advisors, ensuring that our customers can be informed of the progress and/or additional services if needed
Providing estimates of time needed for additional repairs
