We are seeking an experienced Automotive Glass Installation Technician to join our team. In this role, you will use hand and power tools to repair and replace automotive glass, windows, and mirrors on a variety of vehicles. This position requires attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a commitment to quality and safety.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED required
Prior experience or training in automotive glass installation required
Valid driver’s license with a satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report (MVR)
Ability to communicate clearly and professionally in English
Commitment to delivering high-quality customer service

Responsibilities

Inspect vehicles and new glass for damage or imperfections before starting work
Remove damaged glass using proper techniques to avoid further damage
Install replacement glass following safety and quality standards
Handle glass carefully to ensure safety
Communicate clearly and professionally with customers and team members
Perform other duties as assigned by the body shop manager
