Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational education in automotive technology is a plus.
Proven experience as an automotive technician or in a similar role.
Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with the latest automotive technology, tools, and repair techniques.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain technical details to non-technical individuals.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

Perform routine vehicle maintenance tasks, including oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections.
Conduct diagnostic tests to identify issues and determine the appropriate repair solutions.
Carry out basic repairs on various vehicle systems such as ignition, suspension, and cooling systems.
Maintain accurate records of all service and repair work performed.
Communicate effectively with customers regarding vehicle issues, maintenance plans, and repair timelines.
Uphold safety standards by ensuring a clean and organized work environment.
Continuously update knowledge of automotive technology and repair techniques by participating in training and professional development opportunities.
