About The Position

We’re expanding our team and hiring Technicians at both our Higley & Baseline and McQueen Guadalupe CBA shop locations. A recent promotion has opened the door for a motivated tech to grow with us and be part of a team committed to excellence. We are looking for technicians who are energetic, upbeat, and have a positive attitude. The technicians we are looking for have to seek out solutions to tough problems with a strong passion for doing what's right for our guests.

Requirements

Current driver’s licenses
This is an entry level position.
We would prefer a high school or equivalent diploma, but this is not required.
Occasionally lift and/or move over 50 pounds
Be able to work with tools on vehicles lifted above their head
Work in tight spaces as dictated by the vehicle's needed repair
Have the needed dexterity in order to efficiently use hand-tools
Walk/stand for the majority of the workday
Drive manual transmission vehicles
Keeping a brisk work pace in a high-volume environment
Efficiently navigate a computer

Responsibilities

General Service Technicians / Mechanics perform all maintenance and repair services including but not limited to; oil changes, tire rotations, battery replacements, suspension alignments, and more
Perform state-mandated vehicle emission and safety inspections in accordance with state regulations
Work as part of a team to troubleshoot guest concerns quickly and effectively
Complete full, accurate, and honest courtesy vehicle inspections
Ensure all preventive maintenance reports are complete and accurate
Comply with federal, state, and local regulations that affect service operations, such as hazardous waste disposal and OSHA right-to-know
Assist in all housekeeping functions as directed by Management
Work closely with the service department and effectively communicate the extent of any damage or malfunctions on a guest's vehicle
Follow and promote our high standards of safety, cleanliness, and organization
