Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Automotive General Sales Manager or in a similar sales leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of automotive sales processes and the local market.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to develop and execute sales strategies effectively.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in sales reporting tools.
  • Ability to motivate and manage a diverse sales team.
  • Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage the daily operations of the sales department to achieve sales goals and maximize profitability.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies and initiatives to drive revenue growth.
  • Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to ensure high levels of performance, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers and ensure excellent service standards.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify new opportunities and improve sales processes.
  • Collaborate with other departments, including marketing and finance to align sales efforts with overall business objectives.
  • Monitor inventory levels and ensure optimal stock to meet customer demand.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management.
