Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • A minimum of 3 years of proven experience as a General Manager in the automotive industry.
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • In-depth knowledge of automotive sales and service operations.
  • Proficiency in financial analysis and data-driven decision-making.
  • Expertise in customer relationship management systems.
  • Proven track record of strong CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) performance.
  • Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented.
  • Outstanding customer service skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to meet business objectives.
  • Oversee and manage all dealership departments, including sales, service, and finance.
  • Set and monitor sales targets for the dealership and team members.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and vendors.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching and support to staff.
