Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- A minimum of 3 years of proven experience as a General Manager in the automotive industry.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- In-depth knowledge of automotive sales and service operations.
- Proficiency in financial analysis and data-driven decision-making.
- Expertise in customer relationship management systems.
- Proven track record of strong CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) performance.
- Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented.
- Outstanding customer service skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Positive attitude, friendly demeanor, and exceptional organizational skills.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic plans to meet business objectives.
- Oversee and manage all dealership departments, including sales, service, and finance.
- Set and monitor sales targets for the dealership and team members.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and vendors.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching and support to staff.
