Gossett Motor Cars One of the largest privately owned Automotive Dealer Groups in West Tennessee is seeking an EXPERIENCED GENERAL MANAGER with the ambition and aptitude to join our group. We are searching for a energetic individual with a positive attitude. We will provide the tools to succeed in a fast-paced work force, with additional incentives. You must have a Can-Do attitude to achieve targeted goals. JOB SUMMARY This candidate will lead and support one of our dealerships to grow our business through continued improvement. Requirements

• Proven track record of successfully meeting and exceeding sales goals
• Minimum a high school diploma
• Minimum 3-5 years of Automotive Management Experience
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• An understanding of inventory control
• Strong Computer & Phone Skills
• Professional appearance and work ethic
• Self-motivated, goal oriented, and ability to work within a fast paced environment
• Current, valid driver’s license and satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report (MVR)
