About The Position

Due to recent growth and new opportunities, Flow Automotive Companies is seeking experienced automotive General Managers APPLICANTS MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE AS AN AUTOMOTIVE SALES MANAGER. Others need not apply. The successful applicant will have exemplary customer satisfaction scores, a track record of success, and a history of sticking around, not jumping from job to job. Our General Manager must be adept at working a plan for success and understand the processes necessary to achieve their objectives. The GM’s responsibilities are process execution, taking care of customers, and creating a great place to work. The GM is readily able to assess the capabilities, progress, and efforts of their staff and spend their days developing their people, not presiding over a sink-or-swim environment. If our GMs are off their forecast, they need a plan to improve. If they are on their forecast, they need a plan to excel! We provide training, award winning products, and a consultative, non-confrontational approach to selling. Requirements
