Requirements

  • Proven leadership in automotive retail sales (General Sales Manager or General Manager experience preferred).
  • A people-first leader who’s passionate about mentoring and motivating others.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to balance performance, culture, and customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent communication skills with a genuine interest in team and community building.
  • Driven by purpose, growth, and helping others succeed.
  • Available to work flexible hours & weekends.

  • Associate’s degree or equivalent from two-year College or technical school; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Strategic Growth: Implement forward-thinking sales and marketing strategies that strengthen the dealership’s presence and profitability.
  • Customer Experience: Champion a guest-first mindset, ensuring every interaction reflects integrity, professionalism, and care.
  • Lead by Example: Be visible, approachable, and hands-on—your team will follow your energy and example.
