Requirements

Proven leadership in automotive retail sales (General Sales Manager or General Manager experience preferred).
A people-first leader who’s passionate about mentoring and motivating others.
Strong business acumen with the ability to balance performance, culture, and customer satisfaction.
Excellent communication skills with a genuine interest in team and community building.
Driven by purpose, growth, and helping others succeed.
Available to work flexible hours & weekends.
Ready to hit the ground running on learning new product ins & outs.
Effective communication skills.
Professional, well-groomed personal appearance.
Basic mathematical aptitude.
Ability to apply and understand reasoning.
Clean driving record, with valid driver license.
Willing to submit to a background check & drug screening.
Associate’s degree or equivalent from two-year College or technical school; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
