Requirements

• Multi-Year automotive retail General Manager experience.
• Strong financial and business acumen to drive revenue and profitability.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven leadership experience.
• Experience with industry software and technology.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver's license with a safe driving record.

Responsibilities

• Establish a clear vision and goals for the dealership to achieve targeted performance levels.
• Drive store performance by attracting, developing, and retaining talent while creating an exceptional customer experience.
• Interact daily with customers, store associates, regional and market leadership, manufacturer representatives, and vendors.
• Analyze business performance to identify opportunities and develop action plans for improvement.
• Engage in high-level involvement in day-to-day dealership operations.
