We are looking for a reliable, hardworking General Laborer to support our technicians and shop operations. Role Description The General Laborer plays a critical support role in the repair facility. This position assists Automotive Technicians with vehicle movement, shop organization, parts handling, basic service tasks, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for someone looking to grow into the automotive field.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record
• Ability to drive manual transmission preferred
• Basic mechanical knowledge is a plus
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Ability to follow instructions and work in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Move vehicles safely in and out of service bays
• Assist technicians with basic tasks as directed
• Support tire mounting, balancing, and rotations
• Help with oil changes and basic preventative maintenance (as trained)
• Retrieve parts and materials for technicians
• Organize tools and maintain shop cleanliness
• Dispose of fluids and materials according to safety guidelines
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized shop environment
• Assist with inventory organization and parts stocking
• Sweep bays, empty trash, and maintain work areas
• Follow all safety procedures and shop policies
• Support team workflow to keep jobs moving efficiently
