About The Position
It's the responsibility of our Fleet Service Advisors to optimize revenue opportunities by monitoring and managing Spiffy's repair services to ensure accurate data entry, billing, and repair tracking. This will be achieved by communicating with technicians and operations managers, managing Spiffy's internal Repair Board, and monitoring and responding to Repair Orders in third party Fixed Mobile Convergence (FMC) software. Service advisors will occasionally coordinate with fleet customers after diagnostics, schedule follow up services, negotiate labor rates, and submit warranty claims as needed. Hours: M-F 9 a.m.-6 p.m. EST with flexibility as business needs arise outside of those hours. Compensation: $55k/year. Variable Compensation: Up to $10,000 based on meeting specific company goals that align with department.
