Your Role Diagnose and repair Audi vehicles and used-car inventory Complete repairs efficiently while meeting Audi’s high-quality standards Work collaboratively with a professional service team Maintain an organized, safe, and clean workspace Participate in ongoing Audi training and development
Requirements
- PA State Safety Inspection License (required or ability to obtain)
- PA Emissions Certification (required or ability to obtain)
- Professionalism, accountability, and pride in workmanship
- Valid driver’s license
- Desire for long-term growth in a premium Audi dealership
- Must be 18 years of age.
- Strong physical dexterity for working with tools
- Ability to work collaboratively with others and be a team player
- Strong communication skills
- Punctual and reliable
- Must hold a high school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent customer service skills
- Basic computer skills
- Positive, friendly attitude, along with a customer service mentality
- Enjoy working in a fast paced environment
- Ability to learn new technology, repair and service procedures and specifications
- Able to operate electronic diagnostic equipment
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Willing to submit to pre-employment drug screen and background check
Nice To Haves
- Experience with Audi/VW/German brands (preferred, not required)
