About The Position

Fixed Operations Director – Lead Excellence in Service & Parts at Our New CDJR Store in Jackson, MS! Are you a seasoned automotive fixed operations leader ready to take charge of service and parts performance in a growing dealership? We’re building something special — a brand-new Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram (CDJR) dealership in Jackson, Mississippi , and we’re seeking an experienced Fixed Operations Director to lead our service and parts departments to operational excellence and profitability from day one. As our Fixed Operations Director, you’ll set the strategic direction for all fixed operations functions, build high-performance teams, and ensure outstanding customer satisfaction and financial results. This is a senior leadership role with real impact and growth potential. What You’ll Do (Strategic Leadership & Operational Excellence) In this role, you’ll: Provide strategic leadership and direction for Service, Parts, and related fixed operations functions — driving efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction. Establish and monitor performance goals and key performance indicators (KPIs) including gross profit, parts sales, technician productivity, absorption, and customer satisfaction scores. Oversee budgeting, financial analysis, expense control, and profitability goals for the fixed ops departments. Lead the hiring, training, mentoring, and development of department managers and staff — building a strong, results-oriented team. Implement standardized operating procedures to optimize workflow and ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery. Maintain strong relationships with OEM representatives, warranty administrators, vendors, and customers. Ensure compliance with manufacturer standards, warranty processes, safety regulations, and dealership policies. Collaborate with dealership leadership to align fixed ops strategies with overall business goals and customer experience standards. What We’re Looking For The ideal candidate will have: Proven leadership experience in automotive fixed operations (service and parts) — preferably 5+ years in senior management or director-level roles. Strong financial acumen with the ability to analyze departmental financials, KPIs, and drive profitability.
