About The Position

The Finance/Sales Manager at Hello Subaru of Temecula is responsible for leading the sales team, enhancing customer relationships, and managing the financing process for vehicle purchases. Requirements

• Dealership Finance Management experience, minimum of two years (preferred).
• Interest in training additional sales associates and working within a team environment.
• Enthusiastic, assertive, and sociable with high energy throughout the sales workday.
• Background in finance or used cars, internet lead handling, or BDC management.
• Familiarity with CDK and Dealer Track (preferred).
• Clean driving record and untarnished character.
• Ability to work flexible hours including Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Be a pro-active, respectful, driven leader & provide focus for your Sales team.
• Work directly with employees and customers to develop relationships and enhance the sales process.
• Provide training and support to the sales staff and assist in closing deals.
• Utilize CRM and manage leads daily.
• Help manage the productivity of the sales department.
• Facilitate regular sales training for continued team growth.
• Coordinate financing for customers purchasing new or pre-owned vehicles.
• Build positive relationships with banks as well as customers.
