Automotive Finance / Sales Manager - West Regional Campaign
About The Position
Join the Hertrich Family of Dealerships as we continue to grow! We are seeking experienced Automotive Finance Managers to join our regional sales management team. If you have a proven background in automotive F&I and want strong earning potential, stability, and career growth, we want to talk with you. Dealership Finance Experience is Required. Also having Sales Desk or Sales Management experience is a potential plus. Requirements
- Minimum 2 years Automotive F&I Management experience
- Track record of strong F&I production (ex: $1,000+ per unit preferred)
- Stable employment history
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to meet state and federal licensing requirements
- Computer proficiency (DealerTrack experience a plus)
- High School Diploma or GED required

- Sales Management or Desk experience
Responsibilities
- Deliver 100% customer satisfaction during the purchase and finance process
- Structure and process vehicle finance deals
- Maximize profitability through F&I products and services
- Build strong relationships with lenders and financial institutions
- Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory standards
- Maintain efficient finance office workflow
- Achieve monthly finance performance goals
- Coordinate funding and deal completion with lending partners
