About The Position
McGee Toyota of Epping is seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as an Automotive Finance Manager. This full-time position offers a competitive salary starting from $120,000 per year. The ideal candidate will work closely with our sales staff, providing essential support and leadership in the finance and insurance (F&I) department. The role is not only about managing financial transactions but also about training our sales team to effectively present finance and insurance options to customers. This hands-on position requires the candidate to be actively involved on the sales floor, ensuring that both the sales staff and customers are well-informed about the available finance and insurance products. As an Automotive Finance Manager, you will be responsible for guiding the sales team in presenting menus and educating customers on their finance and insurance options. Your successful history in the automotive business will be crucial, as you will need to share your knowledge while also being open to learning new processes and adapting to the dealership's specific needs. This role is pivotal in enhancing the customer experience and driving sales through effective financial management and customer education. The position requires a strong background in financial services, with at least five years of experience in a dealership environment. You will be expected to demonstrate leadership skills, manage loan processing, and ensure compliance with all financial regulations. Your ability to work collaboratively with the sales team and provide training will be essential for success in this role.
