About The Position

Calavan & Co. is seeking an experienced and motivated Finance & Insurance (F&I) Manager to join our automotive team. This role is critical to delivering exceptional customer experience while maximizing dealership profitability and ensuring full regulatory compliance.

Requirements

• Previous experience as an F&I Manager in an automotive dealership required
• Strong knowledge of automotive finance, lending practices, and compliance regulations
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
• Proven ability to meet or exceed performance and profitability goals
• High level of professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail
• Proficiency with dealership management systems (DMS) and related software

Responsibilities

• Present and sell finance, insurance, and protection products to customers in a clear and ethical manner
• Secure financing and lease options through approved lenders
• Ensure all deals are structured accurately and comply with state and federal regulations
• Maintain strong relationships with lending institutions and product providers
• Process contracts and related documentation efficiently and accurately
• Collaborate with sales and management teams to support overall dealership goals
