About The Position

As an F&I Manager, you will play a critical role in the dealership’s overall success by managing the finance process from menu presentation to lender approval to final funding, while delivering a seamless and professional guest experience. This role requires someone who can operate with urgency, accuracy, and confidence, while consistently maintaining performance and maintaining strict compliance standards.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of automotive F&I experience required
  • Committed to operating with integrity, compliance, and customer-first professionalism
  • Proven ability to produce strong finance and product results in a dealership environment
  • Strong knowledge of automotive finance documentation, lender processes, and compliance requirements
  • Experience working with a variety of lenders, banks, and credit unions
  • Motivated by goals, accountability, and delivering consistent results
  • Skilled at building trust with customers and presenting products with confidence and professionalism
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple deals in a fast-paced environment
  • A strong communicator who works effectively across sales, management, and lender partners
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States
  • Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check

Responsibilities

  • Present and sell finance and protection products, including service contracts, GAP, maintenance plans, and ancillary products
  • Structure deals and works with prime and subprime lenders to secure approvals that best serve the customer and dealership
  • Ensure all contracts, paperwork, and funding packages are completed accurately and efficiently
  • Deliver a transparent, professional, and customer-friendly finance experience
  • Partner closely with the sales team to maximize deal opportunities and support overall dealership performance
  • Maintain strong lender relationships and stay current on lender programs and requirements
  • Ensure compliance with all state, federal, OEM, and dealership policies and procedures
  • Review deals thoroughly to support clean, timely funding and minimize contract issues
  • Support showroom, internet, and phone-driven opportunities with a strong sense of urgency and follow-through
  • Contribute to a culture of accountability, performance, and exceptional guest satisfaction
