In this pivotal role, you will provide financing and insurance services to our automotive customers while ensuring an exceptional experience. Your responsibilities will include interviewing customers to determine their financing needs, verifying sales information, and collaborating closely with the sales department to ensure accuracy. You'll assess customer credit worthiness by analyzing credit applications and reports, engaging with lenders, and coordinating with loan underwriters to secure optimal financing solutions. Additionally, you'll prepare transaction documents, including loan agreements and Department of Motor Vehicle registrations, while clearly communicating terms and conditions to customers.
