Automotive Finance Manager
About The Position
We are a high-volume, customer-focused automotive dealership committed to delivering exceptional buying experiences. We’re looking for a results-driven Finance Manager to join our team and play a critical role in maximizing profitability while ensuring compliance and customer satisfaction. As an Automotive Finance Manager (F&I Manager), you will oversee all aspects of vehicle financing and insurance product sales. You will work directly with customers to secure financing, present aftermarket products, and ensure all transactions are processed accurately and in compliance with state and federal regulations.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Automotive Finance Manager or in a similar F&I role
- Strong knowledge of automotive financing, compliance, and lender programs
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills
- High level of integrity and attention to detail
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Proficiency with dealership management systems (DMS) preferred
Responsibilities
- Secure financing through lenders and financial institutions
- Present and sell F&I products (service contracts, GAP, warranties, etc.)
- Structure deals to maximize profitability while maintaining customer satisfaction
- Ensure full compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements
- Maintain strong relationships with lenders and vendors
- Accurately complete all required paperwork and documentation
- Collaborate with sales team to streamline the deal process
- Track performance metrics and achieve monthly targets
