Automotive Finance Manager

Jim Coleman Nissan of Ellicott City s currently looking to hire additional Finance Managers to join our team! Jim Coleman Automotive is a 3rd generation family-owned dealership. The Coleman family has been selling and servicing cars in the Washington-Metropolitan, and Bethesda areas since the 1950s. We are a local leader in automotive retail, looking to add qualified professionals to our team. Requirements
- Must be experienced in ERA-Ignite, Dealertrack, menu presentation/setups
Responsibilities
- Structuring deals and closing product sales
- Monitor the F&I sales process with the goal of maximizing profitability
- Assist in presenting service contracts, GAP, and other beneficial ancillary products
- Oversee dealership customer loan origination and approval process while maintaining strong relationships with prime and subprime lenders
- Accurately prepare all federal, state, and dealer paperwork and submit to the accounting department in a timely manner
- Establish and maintain monthly forecasted income, penetration levels, and customer satisfaction index (CSI) scores
- Generate monthly, quarterly, and year-end reports
