Lead the Next Chapter at Goodwin Mazda With our brand-new, state-of-the-art Mazda facility nearing completion, we’re looking for a driven Finance Manager to play a key role in launching the next phase of our growth. Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of automotive F&I experience with a proven track record.
  • Performance: Strong history of product penetration, compliance, and consistent profitability.
  • Attention to Detail: Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple deals at once.
  • Communication: Confident and clear communicator with both customers and internal teams.
  • Compliance Knowledge: Solid understanding of lending regulations, contracts, and paperwork accuracy.
  • Technical Skills: Experience with dealer management systems and CRM tools.

Responsibilities

  • Drive Profitability: Maximize F&I performance through product presentation, lender relationships, and deal structure.
  • Customer Experience: Deliver a transparent, efficient, and compliant finance process that supports strong CSI scores.
  • Lender Management: Build and maintain relationships with banks and financial institutions to secure competitive approvals.
  • Compliance: Ensure all deals are structured and finalized in accordance with federal, state, and lender regulations.
  • Menu Selling: Present and explain protection products clearly, helping customers make informed decisions.
  • Deal Flow: Work closely with the sales team to finalize deals quickly and accurately, keeping the process moving.
  • Training & Support: Assist in coaching the sales team on turnover and setting up clean, fundable deals.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor key F&I metrics including product penetration, PVR, and funding timelines.
