Requirements

2 or more years of dealership finance manager experience is required.
Fully proficient with financial compliance requirements.
Consistently demonstrates a positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills, whether interacting with customers, lenders or dealership staff.
Influential with strong presentation, communication, and negotiation skills to overcome objections and close deals.
Exhibits a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

Assist clients with arranging the financing of their purchases, and present them with additional products to enhance their vehicle and ownership experience.
Proficient at structuring deals for maximum profitability and collectability.
Accurately structure automotive deals, submit deals to lenders for approval, make credit decisions, and effectively close deals.
Ensure all automotive transactions are fully compliant with local, state and federal guidelines.
Prepare paperwork and contracts in compliance with dealership and lender requirements.
Ensure the expeditious funding of all contracts.
