The Automotive Finance Manager coordinates the sale of finance and insurance programs to customers at our dealership. This role works closely with lenders and financial institutions to deliver tailored financial services, ensuring customer satisfaction and compliance with legal requirements. This position requires adherence to all organizational standards and governmental regulations. Duties may be modified as needed to meet dealership requirements. Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years experience as an automotive dealership Finance & Insurance producer.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
  • Strong customer satisfaction performance.
  • Team-oriented with excellent communication skills.
  • Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
  • Ability to successfully complete Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check, background check, and pre-employment drug test.

  • Finance and Insurance management training preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Sell financing and insurance products to customers.
  • Achieve financial services goals and gross production targets.
  • Review customer credit applications and assess financing profitability.
  • Offer extended service contracts and owner protection programs.
  • Utilize menu selling process and ensure complete deal documentation with checklists.
  • Maintain customer satisfaction scores at or above company standards.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team.
  • Ensure all financial services comply with laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Support dealership initiatives related to Safeguard and Transaction compliance programs.
  • Act as liaison between customers and lending institutions.
  • Attend weekly manager meetings and maintain effective employee relations.
  • Promote and maintain company standards and employee satisfaction.
