Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated Finance & Insurance (F&I) Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding customers through the financing process, presenting products and services, and ensuring compliance with all state and federal regulations. This is a key role that requires strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
Requirements
- Previous experience as an F&I Manager or in automotive finance strongly preferred.
- Strong understanding of automotive sales and finance processes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency with dealership management systems and Microsoft Office.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- CDK a must
- Econtracting a must
Responsibilities
- Structure finance and lease deals to meet dealership and lender requirements.
- Present and sell finance products, extended warranties, and protection plans to customers.
- Secure financing through approved lenders and maintain strong relationships with financial institutions.
- Ensure all contracts, paperwork, and disclosures are accurate and compliant with legal standards.
- Collaborate with the sales team to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of lender programs, rates, and dealership policies.
- Achieve monthly sales and finance targets while maintaining high CSI scores.
- Protect customer information and adhere to all privacy and compliance guidelines.
