About The Position

As the Automotive Finance & Insurance Manager, you will be responsible for all aspects of the dealership’s finance and insurance operations. This includes working directly with customers and lenders, structuring deals, maintaining regulatory compliance, and driving departmental profitability while supporting overall dealership goals.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Automotive F&I Manager (high-volume dealership experience preferred)
  • CDK DMS experience is required
  • DealerTrack experience and eContracting proficiency are required
  • Strong knowledge of automotive finance, insurance, and aftermarket products
  • Solid understanding of credit analysis, lender programs, and underwriting guidelines
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple deals simultaneously
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
  • Strong commitment to compliance, accuracy, and customer satisfaction

Responsibilities

  • Guide customers through the entire finance and insurance process with clarity and professionalism
  • Present and secure appropriate finance, protection, and aftermarket product solutions
  • Work directly with lending partners to obtain competitive rates and approval terms
  • Review and analyze credit applications and accurately underwrite loans
  • Ensure all deals meet federal, state, lender, and dealership compliance standards
  • Prepare, review, and finalize all required finance and insurance documentation
  • Partner with the sales team to structure deals efficiently and maximize profitability
  • Maintain accurate deal records and ensure timely funding
  • Provide training and ongoing support to finance team members as needed
  • Uphold high ethical standards and a customer-first approach
