Job Summary: We’re looking for a detail-oriented and organized Document Scanning & Records Clerk to help keep our automotive office running like a well-tuned engine. In this role, you’ll be responsible for digitizing important paperwork, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring documents are easy to retrieve when needed. If you enjoy bringing order to chaos and working behind the scenes to keep operations smooth, this role is for you. Why This Role Matters: Every scanned document is a piece of the business puzzle. Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Basic computer skills, including familiarity with scanning equipment and document management systems
  • Ability to manage time efficiently and handle repetitive tasks with consistency
  • Good organizational and communication skills

Nice To Haves

  • Previous office or administrative experience preferred (automotive industry a plus)

Responsibilities

  • Scan, upload, and index documents such as repair orders, and parts invoices
  • Ensure all scanned files are clear, complete, and properly labeled
  • Organize digital files into appropriate folders and systems for easy access
  • Verify accuracy of scanned documents against originals
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive customer and business information
  • Assist with filing, retrieving, and archiving physical documents when necessary
  • Identify and report any discrepancies or missing paperwork
  • Support office staff with document-related requests and administrative tasks
