Requirements

High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
Ability to communicate effectively with others.
A high level of personal motivation and demonstrated ability to learn and succeed.
Basic mathematical aptitude
Ability to understand and apply common sense.
Clean driving record
Willing to submit to a pre-employment drug screen.

Nice To Haves

Prior experience as an Express Lube Technician, Automotive Technician or education with an Automotive Technical school preferred

Responsibilities

Perform routine maintenance services, including oil changes, tire rotations, filter replacements, battery checks, and fluid services.
Conduct thorough Multi-Point Inspections (MPIs) and accurately document findings.
Learn diagnostic and repair techniques directly from experienced Toyota technicians.
Keep vehicles moving efficiently through the shop and maintain a clean, organized work area.
Collaborate with teammates and communicate clearly to deliver top-quality results.
