Requirements

Previous customer service experience required (automotive experience preferred)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Basic knowledge of automotive maintenance services is a plus
Valid driver's license and clean driving record

Responsibilities

Greet service customers promptly and professionally
Guide customers through our Express Service process (oil changes, tire rotations, basic maintenance, etc.)
Accurately write repair orders and document customer concerns
Communicate service recommendations and timelines clearly
Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely and quality vehicle service
Provide exceptional customer service from check-in to checkout
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction
