This is an entry-level role with structured training and mentorship to help you grow into a full-line technician role.
Requirements
- 18+ years of age
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
Responsibilities
- Perform maintenance services (oil changes, fluid flushes, tire rotations)
- Multi-point inspections
- Change air filters, cabin filters, and wiper blades
- Inspect vehicles and identify needed services or repairs
- Provide time/labor estimates for additional work
- Communicate findings clearly with Service Advisors
- Stay current with evolving automotive technology through ongoing training
- Ensure all work meets dealership and safety standards
