Requirements
- Must have a clean driving record and a valid driver's license.
- Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
Nice To Haves
- Experience performing oil changes, basic maintenance, or minor repair work is preferred.
- ASE certifications and/or formal training from a technical school is ideal.
- Eager to learn dealership best practices and enhance mechanical knowledge and skills.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship.
- Proficient with automotive technology and diagnostic tools.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members.
Responsibilities
- Perform oil changes, including installing new oil filters and drain plugs.
- Check and refill vehicle fluids as needed.
- Inspect and replace batteries when required.
- Rotate, mount, and balance tires based on vehicle specifications.
- Complete minor services like replacing filters, wiper blades, and more.
- Conduct multi-point inspections, noting vehicle condition and suggesting maintenance for the Service Advisor to share with the customer.
- Keep your workstation clean and organized, maintaining a safe environment.
