About The Position

Flow Companies of Charlottesville is interviewing for top vehicle exchange sales consultants with a desire for a career rather than a job. We are an organization dedicated to providing exemplary service and creating lifelong, enthusiastic customers. Sales consultants are guaranteed income of $40,000 per year with unlimited opportunity for commission. We offer an awesome 5-day work week with great benefits. All of our pre-owned vehicles are sold utilizing a value-based, no-haggle pricing system. All are fully reconditioned by our dealership, offer a 100,000 mile warranty and are accompanied by a CARFAX vehicle history report. Previous automotive sales experience preferred, but not required. Requirements

  • Strong communication and relationship building skills.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
  • Professional appearance with a positive, customer focused attitude
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Nice To Haves

  • Previous automotive sales experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Engage daily with service customers to present upgrade options through the Vehicle Exchange Program
  • Engage with showroom and digital leads.
  • Identify customer needs and present trade-in and purchase options
  • Maintain knowledge of current inventory, incentives, and financing programs
  • Evaluate vehicles and negotiate trade-in values to close deals
  • Deliver product demonstrations, test drives, and guide buying decisions
  • Collaborate with sales managers and service advisors to ensure seamless customer experience
  • Track all customer interactions, leads, and follow-ups in the CRM
  • Achieve monthly goals for vehicle exchanges, new vehicle sales, and customer satisfaction
