In this fast-paced role, you’ll help customers with their classic auto insurance questions, resolve concerns, and make every interaction feel effortless.

Requirements

6+ months in a call-center experience
1+ year of customer service experience
Knowledge of cars and/or interest in learning about cars
Strong verbal and written communication
Organizational and problem-solving skills
Ability to navigate multiple computer systems
Experience in a virtual desktop environment
Distraction-free remote workspace
High school diploma or GED
Participate in virtual interviews using a computer with a working camera
Comfortable in a diverse, inclusive, team-focused culture
Complete pre-employment steps:

Responsibilities

Manage 40-100 calls per day depending on the season
Highlight and sell membership benefits
Put customers first and take action to improve their experience
Follow on-call procedures and document every interaction
Move quickly through multiple systems, dual monitors, and virtual desktops
Meet program metrics and customer satisfaction targets
Work within a highly structured role with set start/ends times and scheduled breaks
Adhere to set start/end times and scheduled breaks
Stay fully present and engaged throughout your shift
Follow the proper steps to request time off

Starting pay is dependent on state: AZ: $16.50/hour with paid training FL: $15.50/hour with paid training SC/TX: $15.00/hour with paid training
