If this sounds like you, we want YOU to be part of our team! Sheehy Ford of Richmond (Municipal) is seeking Experienced Municipal EVT Installers to join our team. As the EVT Installer, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and installing electronic motor vehicle equipment on federal and state vehicles in our municipal building.

Requirements

EVT experience preferred
Install emergency equipment into law enforcement vehicles
Remove and re-install OEM vehicle interior trim
Demonstrated success in car audio, electronic equipment installation a plus
Work well in team settings
12V experience necessary
Light fabrication experience
Ability to work in a temperature sensitive environment
Enthusiasm and willingness to learn
Must be authorized to work in the USA
Able to pass pre-employment testing to include background screening, Motor Vehicle Record checks, and drug screen
Must have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Responsibilities

Maintain an organized neat and safe bay
A focus towards maintaining a safe work environment and neat bay
Installing electronic equipment – taking a stock car to a multi-functioning police vehicle
Install batteries and checks electrical systems
Ability to road test vehicles
Some fabrication experience
