About The Position

The Service Technician is responsible for installing, servicing, and troubleshooting alcohol monitoring devices while maintaining a safe, organized work environment and delivering excellent customer service.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1 years' experience with 12V
• 1 years' experience in a customer service role
• Basic computer skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Detail orientation

Responsibilities

• Installation, servicing, troubleshooting, and removal of all alcohol monitoring devices
• Fulfill daily operational duties of assigned facility which include:
• Operate a clean, organized and hazard free work environment
• Conducts training sessions covering use of products to customers
• Maintain a positive and caring atmosphere for customers and employees
• Consistently perform monthly inventory audits
• Assist other shops in surrounding area when applicable
• Management of daily hours, ensuring 40 hours or less weekly
• Correspondence with management and/or lead technicians when challenges are presented
• Maintain the integrity, confidentiality, and security of client information
• Adherence to all state and federal rule, regulation and statute
• Any other duty, as assigned
