About The Position

Heritage, part of the leading privately held automotive dealership group in the Northeast, is seeking an elite Director of Operations to lead two Top-25 Central Atlantic Toyota stores, with a sales history of one consistently in the Top-10 of Central Atlantic Toyota. This is a rare executive opportunity to oversee operations with more than 100 service bays, an on-site recon center, and a proven combined sales history of 800+ units per month—backed by unlimited support to grow and dominate Pre-Owned operations. As a senior leader within a high-volume organization that retails 45,000 vehicles annually and serves millions of customers across three states, the Director of Operations will set the pace for performance, culture, and long-term success. Proven ability to inspire, motivate and coach teams across all dealership departments
