Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Previous experience in automotive detailing or a related field is preferred but not required.
  • Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Ability to operate cleaning equipment and tools safely and efficiently.
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
  • A positive attitude and a strong work ethic.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in automotive detailing or a related field is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Clean and detail the interior and exterior of vehicles, ensuring they meet dealership standards.
  • Wash, wax, and polish vehicles to restore their appearance and protect the exterior.
  • Vacuum and shampoo vehicle interiors, including carpets, seats, and upholstery.
  • Clean windows, mirrors, and all other vehicle surfaces.
  • Apply protective finishes to vehicles, as needed.
  • Perform inspections to ensure all work meets dealership and customer expectations.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, including detailing equipment and supplies.
  • Report any necessary vehicle repairs or damages to the service department.
  • Assist with other tasks, such as moving vehicles, as needed.
  • Uphold a high standard of professionalism and customer service at all times.
