About The Position

The Automotive Detailer is responsible for cleaning, refurbishing, and detailing vehicles to ensure they meet dealership standards before delivery or display. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering a finished product that exceeds expectations.

Requirements

• Previous experience in automotive detailing or car wash operations preferred, but we'll train the right person.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physical stamina to stand, bend, and lift for extended periods.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Clean interior and exterior of vehicles including washing, vacuuming, waxing, and polishing.
• Remove dirt, grease, and debris from vehicles using appropriate cleaning agents and equipment.
• Inspect vehicles for imperfections and report any damage or issues to management.
• Apply protective coatings and treatments as directed.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the detailing area, tools, and supplies.
• Ensure all work is completed efficiently and up to dealership quality standards.
• Safely move vehicles to and from work areas and lot locations.
