Vern Eide GM is looking for a thorough, responsible Automotive Detailer who will provide quality automotive cleaning services to our customers. As an Automotive Detailer, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our customers' vehicles look pristine. This position requires a keen eye for detail, a passion for cars, and a strong work ethic. You will clean, polish, and ensure that each vehicle meets our high standards before it’s returned to our customers. This position is 40 hours per week from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday, with one Saturday per month, with a day off during the week for the Saturday worked.

Requirements

Previous experience in automotive detailing is preferred but not required; on-the-job training is available.
Attention to detail and pride in high-quality work.
Ability to operate detailing tools and equipment.
Strong work ethic and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
Must be able to stand for long periods, lift objects up to 50 pounds, and work in various weather conditions.

Responsibilities

Clean vehicle interiors and exteriors in compliance with all company standards.
Perform thorough detailing, including vacuuming, polishing, waxing, and applying protective finishes.
Clean and organize detailing tools and supplies.
Inspect vehicles for noticeable issues or defects and report findings to the supervisor.
Use detailing equipment, including buffers, vacuums, and steamers.
Adhere to all safety and operational procedures.
