The ideal candidate must be able to step into the role on day one and consistently deliver high-quality, showroom-ready vehicle details. Attention to detail, efficiency, and pride in workmanship are essential.
Requirements
- Prior automotive detailing experience required
- Strong understanding of detailing processes, products, and standards
- Ability to complete a minimum of three vehicles per day
- Consistently produce “perfect detail” results that meet dealership and customer expectations
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Takes ownership of their work and delivers consistent, high-level results.
