About The Position

Beaverton Auto Spa has an immediate need for an Automotive Detailer EXCELLENT EARNING POTENTIAL; VERY BUSY SHOP We are looking for rock stars that have a "can do" attitude and take pride in the detail of each car they touch. You climb in, out, up down, bend, kneel, and crawl, all within the cars that are in your charge. You will assure inside and exterior cleanliness of vehicles, get along with your co-workers, and learn additional skills while in this position. Requirements

Unlimited physical dexterity
Ability to understand formulas in order to mix cleaning solutions, paints and other chemicals
The ability to operate cleaning equipment is essential; must know how to efficiently operate hand tools or power tools and follow the safety policies
Valid driver's license

Nice To Haves

One year detailer experience preferred; will train the right candidates

Responsibilities

Wash the exterior of vehicles using various cleaning solutions
Wax and buff vehicles using cloths and buffing machines
Polish wheels
Vacuum to remove dirt and debris
Clean upholstery and surfaces
Use air compressors and cloths to dry surfaces and apply preservation chemicals to surfaces for protection against spots and stains
May use different kinds of dyes, paints and waxes to protect the leather or fabric of vehicles
