Requirements

Experience in vehicle detailing
Positive, team-focused attitude with a strong work ethic
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Willingness to learn and continuously improve
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Responsibilities

Clean, wax, polish, and refurbish vehicles (both new and pre-owned, including post-collision)
Ensure all vehicles meet our exceptional quality standards
Understand and fulfill specific customer detailing requests
Maintain service tools and detailing equipment in top condition
Promptly report any damage or issues to management
Work collaboratively with fellow team members to ensure efficiency
Represent Walt Massey with pride and professionalism
Perform additional tasks as needed
