About The Position
Enterprise Mobility is seeking a responsible, dedicated person to join our team as a full-time Automotive Detailer. This position is crucial in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness in the automotive rental industry, as you will be at the forefront of our Complete Clean Pledge. The Automotive Detailer is responsible for cleaning, sanitizing, inspecting, and preparing vehicles to ensure that all vehicles rented from the branch are safe and clean. This role requires attention to detail and a commitment to going above and beyond our rigorous cleaning protocols to protect the health and safety of all customers. As an Automotive Detailer, you will be tasked with cleaning and sanitizing vehicle interiors according to our Complete Clean Pledge standards. This includes vacuuming and preparing the vehicle's interior, washing, cleaning, and drying the vehicle's exterior, which may include cars of different sizes, vans, and trucks. You will also be responsible for checking fuel levels, inspecting windshields for damage, and ensuring that all vehicle settings are restored to clear prior customer data. Additionally, you will check for customer items and place anything of value in Lost & Found, verify that registration is present and current, and matches the license plate. Your responsibilities will extend to checking fluid levels, tire conditions, and inspecting the vehicle exterior for any damage. You will fuel and stage vehicles, inspect them for safety concerns, and report any warning lights or damages. Maintaining a clean and orderly work area is essential, and you will be responsible for wearing proper personal protection equipment (PPE) while ensuring that cleaning, detailing, washing, and sanitization supplies are available. Assisting customers when needed and helping maintain the overall site appearance, including general cleaning of the branch locations, will also be part of your duties. This position requires a commitment to self-assessment, skill development, and maintaining a reliable level of attendance and punctuality.
