Wash, dry, vacuum, clean, polish, and protect vehicle surfaces according to dealership standards. Remove dirt, stains, odors, and debris while protecting vehicle materials and finishes. Inspect vehicles before and after detailing to ensure quality, completeness, and accuracy. Report any vehicle damage, missing items, or concerns to management promptly. Prepare vehicles for customer delivery, service return, photography, or display. Customer Experience Understand that vehicle presentation directly impacts customer satisfaction and trust. Ensure vehicles are clean, presentable, and ready at promised delivery times. Support a positive first and last impression for customers receiving their vehicles. Respond professionally to re-clean or touch-up requests when needed. Treat customer vehicles with care, respect, and accountability at all times. Teamwork & Communication Work collaboratively with sales, service, and recon teams to meet daily priorities. Communicate clearly regarding vehicle status, readiness, and special instructions. Assist teammates during peak periods to ensure workflow efficiency. Support dealership events, promotions, and high-volume delivery days as needed. Contribute to a positive, respectful, and team-oriented work environment. Equipment, Tools & Chemical Use Properly use, maintain, and store all detailing equipment, tools, and chemicals. Follow manufacturer instructions and dealership safety guidelines at all times. Ensure equipment is clean, functional, and reported if damaged or unsafe. Use the correct products for different vehicle materials (paint, leather, fabric, trim). Minimize waste and handle chemicals responsibly and safely. Requirements
