Requirements
- 3+ years of auto detailing/reconditioning experience (management preferred)
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible schedule (including some evenings and weekends)
- High School Diploma/GED required; college degree a plus

Responsibilities
- Lead, train, and supervise detailers and reconditioning staff
- Oversee workflow, vehicle check-in, lot management, and customer deliveries
- Maintain inventory and proper use of cleaning supplies/chemicals
- Forecast detail requirements and manage shop efficiency
- Support dealership goals in partnership with the General Manager
