Customer Education (Technology): Demonstrate vehicle features, including pairing phones, navigation systems, and setting up apps. Paperwork Completion: Review and process, or assist with, sales documentation, lease turn-ins, and trade-ins. Customer Experience: Greet customers, address inquiries, and introduce them to the service department for future maintenance. Logistics & Scheduling: Coordinate delivery times, manage vehicle inventory on the front lot, and maintain delivery logs.
