About The Position

Be a part of the expanding accounting team at the #1 Ford dealership in Pittsburgh. We are looking for an experienced automotive accounting candidate to process deals. Must have experience in the automotive field of accounting, be able to multi-task in a fast-paced office, show full attention to accuracy in detailed processes, perform effectively & efficiently along with having willingness learn. Requirements

• Must have experience in the automotive field of accounting
• Be able to multi-task in a fast-paced office
• Show full attention to accuracy in detailed processes
• Perform effectively & efficiently along with having willingness learn
• Must maintain high level of discretion and confidentiality
• Have experience with Microsoft Excel
• Have ability to complete job duties within a tight time schedule
• Have a working knowledge of PC operation and applications

Nice To Haves

• Have experience with Reynolds and Reynolds/UCS - preferred

Responsibilities

• Process car deals and all bank paperwork
• Balance debits and credits for calculations on deals
• Verify schedules to ensure all transactions are submitted and processed in a timely manner
• Work with sales department to obtain accurate required documentation
• Verify information on bank documents
• Process Extended Warranty and GAP contracts/payments and cancellations
• Calculate and maintain Sales Commission spreadsheets
• Process bank payoffs
