About The Position

Are you a natural communicator who loves making people's day? Do you thrive on being the helpful, go-to person who connects people with what they need? If so, we invite you to be the friendly voice and first point of contact for our customers! We're not looking for a typical representative; we're searching for a Customer Concierge to be the architect of our customer's first impression. In this role, you are the central hub of our communications, guiding clients through the initial steps of their car-buying journey and ensuring every interaction is positive, professional, and seamless.

Requirements

  • A genuine passion for helping people and creating outstanding customer experiences.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal. You can build rapport quickly and make people feel at ease.
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable navigating modern communication tools, including email, web platforms, and CRM software.
  • Highly organized with a knack for managing details and a commitment to following through. You don't let things fall through the cracks.
  • A proactive and positive attitude, with a desire to be a key player on a winning team.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in a high-touch customer service, hospitality, or concierge role.
  • Familiarity with a call center or digital communication environment.
  • An interest in the automotive world.
  • Bilingual abilities are a huge plus!

Responsibilities

  • Be the Guide: Connect with customers via their preferred method-phone, email, or text-to listen to their needs, answer their questions, and guide them to the perfect vehicle and sales professional.
  • Create a Great First Impression: Serve as the primary point of contact for all online and phone inquiries, providing prompt, helpful, and personalized responses that make customers feel valued from the start.
  • Orchestrate the Experience: Arrange personalized vehicle viewings and test drives that fit seamlessly into our customers' busy schedules.
  • Build Relationships: Nurture our customer community by maintaining contact, ensuring their satisfaction, and helping them feel like part of our family long after their initial inquiry.
  • Support the Team: Collaborate closely with our sales and management teams to ensure a smooth hand-off and a consistently exceptional customer experience from start to finish.
  • Keep Us Looking Sharp: Assist in keeping our online vehicle inventory accurate and appealing for our digital window shoppers.
