About The Position

The Ed Napleton Automotive Group is looking for an Automotive Corporate Controller Trainer. This is an exciting opportunity in a growing, fast-paced industry. Based out of Oakbrook Terrace, Illinois. the Automotive Corporate Dealership Controller Trainer is responsible for training, developing, auditing, and assisting Napleton’s dealership accounting teams. Requirements

High School diploma or equivalent
Five+ years of Dealership Office Manager/Controller Multi- Unit/High volume experience is required
CDK experience is required
Working knowledge of dealership financial statements
Ability to explain technical financial information in an understandable manner
Excellent communication skills
Ability to travel up to 50% of time
Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screen in accordance with local law/regulations
18+ years of age or older to comply with the company driving policy

Responsibilities

Train Controllers and office teams to ensure that corporate policies and procedures are being followed
Review and audit financial statement and accounting schedules
Fill in for temporary absences
Provide support to controllers and office staff
Other duties as assigned by management
